I am currently halfway across the Pacific on my own paddleboard, but unlike that guy I am doing it standing only on one leg. I use the other leg to hold my camera and a bag of pretzels. Gotta go, must preserve this satphone battery.

Drop me a line when you get to Honolulu but don't get those pretzels wet cause they taste awful when that happens. I'll look on the Guinness World Records web site to see if the one legged paddleboard Pacific Crossing thing has been done already and I'll call your stat phone if it has cause you might want to turn back then.
