Pushpit seats

Hi all

I have been watching some of Christian Williams’ videos on YouTube and I notice he has seats on the on the pushpit. How are these made/attached/supported? Does anyone else have them? Can they be easily made/added without the need for major metalwork? I am good with wood but don’t do metalwork and don’t want it to get expensive!

I often feel a nice perch high in the stern quarter while the children are helming or when we are coming back into port would be perfect. Also a great place for a beer in the evening!!

I bought these - Stern Perch Seats - and also added their custom made seat pads to make them even more comfortable. Very easy to install, and quite durable.

Visibility at the helm is fine on the E38, especially without a dodger. In fact, with a wheel pilot I'm seldom actually "at the helm," but rather nearby or next to it, steering by the buttons. That means standing up, because if I sit down on one...
