So I’m looking at a long trip from Erie PA to Sandusky OH this summer, and I wanted to make sure I could get to the water strainer… hmmm… I’ll just follow the water hose….
Eww… that should be double clamped as this is under the water line… not double clamped at the seacock under the galley sink either… ok.. I can just… wait a minute…
The part number on that hose looks like a year… haha. But it couldn’t be…. OMG!!!!!

Yes… a 27 year old hose with single clamps on both ends was all that was keeping me from becoming a u-boat commander.
