Hi Steve,
I shopped around pretty hard about four years ago. I received the best price from Topshop (contact information listed below). There were also a number of boat owners in my marina that were very happy with the covers and frames they had purchased from TopShop. I'm now one of them.
The frame and cover goes up easy and fast and works great.
Topshop has the patterns, etc needed to build the cover for most boats, They will, of course, make adjustments as needed for dingy davits, Radar antennas, etc.
Based on how well my cover works, I don't see much advantage to buying a cover from a local provider.
