Hi Lew,
Yes we are fine and are getting used to talking to the hot-shots traipsing around our house laying hoses. There have been a lot of rumors about evacuations and the LA Times reports that we are under mandatory evacuation but that is all incorrect.
My grandfather's logg books are packed in the truck with other memorabilia just in case, but we don't expect to have to go anywhere. Friends to the West of us have not been so lucky and are staying with friends.
If we have to evacuate I know a nice harbor on a nearby island with nice moorings and anchorages
