Edison angle pedistal with new electronics is really nice but my wife has to
stand up to see over the navpod. My question is has anybody been creative to modify or add seating to the humpback aft locker? 1984 E35mkIII aft cockpit - Can the humpback cover be repalced with a flat seat and then maybe add a padded icechest to sit on and add storage in the cockpit for
cold drinks?????? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,:thinker: Chip

Hi Chip, our 35-3 has the hump too. However, we have the original Datamarine "pod" style instrumentation. So we don't have the same problem except my wifes feet don't touch the floor. Try Zarcor.com and see what they have or could make for you. We saw their products at a boat show last year at Lake Union in Seattle.

Chip, oops, forgot the cold drink remedy. Look at "snapit.com" these products really work great! Low maintenance and lots of different choices.
