I don't think Tom should have changed American fiberglass to his Brit glassfibre but thats me. Lovely re reading this excerpt. I'll pass it on to my racing friends that don't understand why or what I do out there with my sailboat: I'm falling in love all over again every time I go out!

Magazine style is what it is (honour for honor). But really, I don't have a cocktail 'pennant.' I merely hoist my "cocktail in her honor."

I have an "M" flag which sometimes flies on such occasions.

Could signify M for Makana, or could be taken as a Scottish flag, which generally implies scotch has been poured. So there you go...
