Sorry my frame of mind was at the end of the Ericson run- there are many Ericsons' in existence here in the lower Lake Michigan Western Side - you can look at the scratch sheets of the port to port races and see many are still competing quite effectively and also enjoyed for Buoy racing at clubs and of course cruising enjoyment.New to the forum. Was hoping to find some local Ericson owners!!
In my 58 years sailing on Lake Michigan. Late September and October are always the best!Anybody out there noticed how great a season we had on Lake Michigan in October strong and persistent S/SW & S/E winds and pleasant weather like no other.
