I have got a very nice Michigan Sailor Propeller for sale after replacing the original one with a folding prop for racing.
This is off a fresh water Ericson 35-3. I would expect this propeller would work with a broad range of Sailboats having a 1" tapered keyed shaft.

We put a custom designed Swim Platform on our Ericson 35-3 so the original swim ladder in excellent condition is available.
Heavy duty, 1" Stainless Tubing. No kinks or damage, looks new. Fresh Water boat.
Top bar with Bolt Flanges swivels to fit the slope of the transom. 1/4-20 316 Stainless...
Hi Craig. I have been following your project notes with great appreciation and I am halfway through the same project on my 35-3 here in Michigan. Thanks so much for the great tutorial. I don't quite understand the 12v panel "switch/breaker" to the "Maxwell Supplied" 135amp breaker mounted behind...
Went to a new Navpod Pedestal and hardware so I have this perfectly good freshwater condition Yacht Specialties aluminum pedestal guard top plate with 4-3/4" hole to drop compass bottom in. No corrosion at all. Powder coated White. Pedestal holes are at 12-1/2" Spacing. From my Ericson 35-3...
I have all of the above in good shape. 1" Stainless Tube, 58" tall, 12-1/2" Spacing. Replaced entire guard with Navpod components. Also have Yacht Specialties top plate for pedestal guard and compass. $145 to good home. Guard does have riveted splice in it to make it a bit taller than standard.

Helps to open up the old shallow anchor locker in those areas that will not be re-used when you want to remove it. And I think you need to remove it to get the depth you need to for windlass drop. Don't mess with the part above your v-berth as you will want to keep that part of the old shallow...
Good post "Tenders"! Come to think of it, I did put a two carefully shaped chunks between my mast step and keel. Epoxied it in with some thinner sheets from Defender, another good source of Sheet G-10. It will be there when Dinosaurs once again roam the Earth. To paraphrase, "There's nothing...
