@bsangs here is a pic of my main sheet setup. I have never noticed a problem with not having enough leverage or with having too much friction in light air
From memory and the picture it is a fiddle block so it does get a double purchase but to your question I do not have any trouble easing the main that I have noticed. I will take a closer look this Friday when we drop her in the lake. :D

I would like to add a float switch to my current diaphram pump and it is switched by a breaker at the panel. Reading @peaman's post #4 I should wire the float switch to the +pos wire between the fuse and the manual switch which I don't think can be done when the breaker...
Funny how the seller/broker didn't spell the boat name correctly in the listing. I was pretty underwhelmed by the selling broker when I purchased. The PO finally had to write the bill of sale after the broker put the wrong HIN on the form 3 times.
