Wanted 34-2 wing keel in the north east

I live in the NE USA The bays such as the Chesapeake and Barnaget are shallow, the other thing Ericson did with there wing Keel (this is coming from an old Flight instructor) no other manufacturer did! Others manufactures wing keels are just bulbous symmetrical type wings. Ericson actually made an inverted air foil creating downward lift holding the boat down in the chop maintaining its cord/water line. I owned an 1988 Ericson 28-2 wing and loved it The Ericson Wing is an actual air foil creating not just a symmetrical bulb type wings

So when heeled over it also creates lift downwards helping you from skidding if that makes sense similar to your longer fin. But I have only seen this in Ericson. I have not seen this inverted air foil wing in any other boat!

Want to share the appeal of a wing keel? What need does it fill for you?
let me explain better if I can. With an airplane lift acts perpendicular to the wing when we bank the aircraft we divide the lift horizontally and vertically. The the horizontal lift is what actually turns the aircraft. Similarly a boat that is heeled over with a true inverted wing as Bruce designed will have a horizontal component holding it up wind too. That’s just me over thinking it!

Out There

1988 E35-3 on Lake Erie
Here's one in Michigan just listed.

Funny how the seller/broker didn't spell the boat name correctly in the listing. I was pretty underwhelmed by the selling broker when I purchased. The PO finally had to write the bill of sale after the broker put the wrong HIN on the form 3 times.

@Alex.M - Alex, you're kinda looking for a unicorn and may have to go to extremes to get what you want. This boat seems priced high for the current market and you'd have to transport it to the coast, but that might be what you need to do.

They don't make much on a $30K boat, but you'd like a few basics for their commission. Did you buy from This dealer?
