Loren, do you happen to have a belt number for the universal? My mechanic said my boat was fitted with the wrong belt. It does seem to vibrate more then I'm used to. Maybe its a sign its falling too far down into the pulley.

Do you know if the threads on the 25XP mixing elbow were 1.25 or 1.5"?

Which engine do you have? I'm trying to find out the size of the mixing elbow in my 25XP. Parts store says either 1.25 or 1.5 threaded.

I recently had my keel bolts tightened. The boat yard mechanic had a setup that multiplied the torque using a smaller bar. Several of the bolts were fairly loose.

Yeah I'm thinking we have to add access ports. Maybe easier said than done.

Yeah, it was a fairly constant influx of salt water keeping the pumps busy. Weather was dry, 18-25 kt winds and 5ft seas.
