Has anyone had experience with this. It appears the plates pass through the deck and are embedded in fiberglass where they are attached to the hull. One failed and I would like to replace all of them. Looking for advise on how to proceed.

I have a 1989 EY38 and am replacing the rigging and re-troquing the keep bolts. Has anyone had problems with or experience with chcking the U bolts that the side stays attach two. I have not noticed any leaks or discoloration but while the rig is down could be a good time to check...
