I sailed to Hawaii last month (from Los Angeles) on a 42' Perry. The conditions we experienced mid-ocean led me to worry a little about the wide flat transom on my Ericson 35 and how it might do under such a pounding. Has anyone done any fortification on their E-35 transom?? I'm thinking that...
