    Replacement portholes for 1974 Ericson 29

    Anyone parting out excellent condition ( not likely I know ) portholes for a 1974 29 foot Ericson .... or have a suggestion for having replacements made. It's those hexagonal aft ports that are most difficult. I know it makes sense to do all at the same time. Appreciate all suggestions - thanks

    Ordered the rest of the portholes

    You'd think with all the money that's going out we'd be getting close to making a dent in the refurb/upgrade list, but the list is still growing ! It's a good thing we have no kids or other hobbies to suck us dry ! Anyway ... We got the large New Found Metals porthole about a month ago...

    The opening plastic-framed portholes on our "new" E39-B show evidence of past leakage. I don't know if these leaks are due to failed bedding or of the plastic frames just don't hold their shape well enough to give a tight seal ? I noticed that the E38 lying next to us has SS-framed...

    Portholes - 1

    Our "new" 39-B has a "sliding window" aluminum-framed porthole that opens into the cockpit. The porthole leaks and is overdue for replacement. I'd be interested in replacement suggestions. We do want to have something that opens but suspect that a "sliding window" would never work very well ...
