Hello attached is a picture of one side of the top of my E27 mast. I circled a pulley which I have no idea of what is for. there is an identical one on the other side of the mast. Can you tell me what these are for? Thanks Tony G.

This evening had problems with engine. Found pulley not spinning in fan belt loop. It is the top pulley , not sure what it drives. I suspect it is the anti freeze pump. Both the main and the headsail masthead pulleys on my E-29 are jammed. Can I lower the tabernacle mounted mast with a system of pulleys and lines? Any advise would be helpful. Thanks, Ray Hughes. (Capricious, 1971 E-29, Oceanside, CA)
