1978 Ericson 32 purchase

Greetings from British Columbia.
Recently retired and decided another adventure was needed.
Knowledge of boats and sailing is non existant so the learning curve will be steep.
Ok , not non existant I now know bow from stern.
i am an outdoor enthusiast doing lots of backpacking and kayaking so this seems like a natural extension.
i am looking forward to some extended trips in our great waters.
i have been lurking here for awhile soaking up all the Ericson info so thanks for a great site.
i am sure I will be back with lots of questions.

Hi Kari
Will get some pics over the weekend.
Her name is "Layla" and she has spent her life in the Northwest and is currently berthed at Squalcum Harbour in Bellingham Washington.
in looking at Pics of other E32's she seems pretty standard without many modifications other then a Yanmar diesal.
Survey tomorrow. I know horse before the cart. I am sure this will lead to many more questions.
