You won’t find many 35’s that are in this good of condition. I’ve given her an extensive refit, with a lot of love and care. Unfortunately health problems are forcing the sale.
Systems Refit:
Mast was completely stripped and rebuilt from the ground up.
- New black Delrin mastehead sheaves
- ALL hardware, clevis pins etc, serviced or replaced. All assembled using Tefgel and Lanocote to prevent corrosion.
- mast rewired
- New VHF antenna with RG-213 coax cable. Setup for offshore use
- new raymarine wind instrument
- LED anchor light, steaming, and foredeck light
- New standing rigging
- New 316 U-bolt chainplates with new anodized aluminum backing plates.
The rigging has been bullet proofed.
-All hatches and port lights have been fitted with new Lexan polycarbonate and new gaskets. The boat is bone dry in the harshest of sailing conditions.
- new beefed up lifeline stanchions and bases
-2000w pure sine power inverter which powers all outlets in the boat. Solar panel keeps batteries topped off while off grid.
- newer yanmar 3gm30f with low hours (930) and a immaculate maintenance record. New mixing elbow, lift muffler, and all new exhaust hosing.
Entire boat has been re-Plumbed with new tanks, hoses, and .2 micron filtration. You won’t find many boats with clean drinking water coming out of the taps
- new medium firm natural latex foam mattress in V berth. Made my mattress makers of San Diego. Like sleeping on a cloud.
Head sail is a newer 135 north sail. Main is a partially battened rolly tasker. Both are in excellent shape. Also included is an asymmetrical spinnaker.
- new PSS dripless shaft seal
-raymarine autohelm autopilot
-new raymarine wind instrument and depth speed sounder
-furono 1732 radar and gp32 gps
- anchor windlass with new anchor and chain
- top deck was recently painted with 4 coats of Awlgrip
