Posting this to the Ericson forum before listing with broker or other platforms. This beautiful Ericson 30+ is turnkey and ready to sail. Dry boat. Much attention has been given to finding and stopping leaks and water ingress. No musty smells, no mold or mildew, no gross bilges. Nomad is sailed frequently and every system has been diligently gone over and repaired, restored or upgraded with high quality equipment and materials since 2018, no shortcuts or quick fixes. She is easy to handle and set up for single-handing with all lines lead aft. One can easily reef the mainsail in under a minute. She sails beautifully and is truly a dialed in boat ready to go right now.

How did you come up with your asking price for her?
I have been keeping track of various similar boats for sale in the area over the past year and their pricing and seeing how quickly they sold or not. And then factoring in all the upgrades. Admittedly, it’s a premium price but I have not seen many boats that compare. Especially the stern seats!
