Hi,
I came to the conclusion that at the moment sailing will be postponed indefinitely. Having a new business which needs all of my time made me decide to offer Tribute to a new owner, she deserve to be out there and not at the dock all the time.

I owned her for 4 years, she does great in light wind with her fin keel. If there is no wind, her Yanmar engine takes care of it and with 3200 hours there is plenty of life left.

While owning her, I replaced mostly cabin related components: new dodger, wheel cover, new Espar heat, new refrigeration, new hot water tank, propane sniffer and a few other things. On the outside, new life line< Suncor, was installed. Her bilge is dry. The engine starts right up and purr nicely, no oil leak or any other problem, oil and filter change every year.

I was planning on hulling out next fall for bottom paint, diver John just cleaned the hull said everything looks good, removed some hard growth from max prop shaft, strut, rudder hinge, bottom of keel and other areas. Zincs are at 70%, max prop zinc at 80%, 3-3/4 inch strut zinc at 85%. Bottom still in pretty good condition.

Sails are (1) main, (3) head sails and (2) spinnakers (gennaker).

As for the asking price, I am thinking around 60k would be fair, negotiable some with the right buyer.

Cheers and Happy Sailing!
