2020 NW Rendezvous Location poll

I am not sure how to set up a poll, but if you can respond with the location you would like and preferred dates? Hopefully we can narrow it down. I would like to secure the location by mid December if possible.

Genoa Bay - June 12 & 26, July 10 & 17
Port Sidney Marina - June 12 & 26, July 10 &17
Maple Bay Marina - June 12 & 26, July 17 & 24

Clarifying the weekend dates...

I pulled your post into a new thread, but admit that I am unsure just you want for the dates as stated.
Clicking the link for a pole gives you a way to list up to ten choices.

These events are usually reserved for a Friday arrival and continuing to a Sunday (or Monday am) departure. For instance, your first dates would be June 26 thru 28. And so on.
You might want to have a look at this again.
Or, I missed something in the translation, as they say.

Thanks Loren, Each date represents a weekend. So there are really 16 choices. I am thinking June isn't going to be popular. How about the following?

Moe dates to consider....

In past years we would use late June, but it seemed to cause scheduling conflicts with too many owners, so July has seemed to work better. About the only "bad" date in July is anything that steps on the weekend encompassing The Fourth (on the US side of the border)...... every marina gets booked up for that period.

Other than avoiding Fathers Day in June, there are always going to be unresolvable date conflicts for someone's tribe... Vikings seem to lead busy lives!


Hopefully some others can check in again and help you condense your number of choices.
