23' Erison Cockpit Drain

Trying to determine where the cockpit drain goes on my 23'. Presently the drain in the cockpit doesn't drain. The bilge is out and preparing to install a new one. I've sailed the boat with the valve closed and the bilge remains dry. Living in the PNW I need to be sure that the cockpit drain works. Appreciate any insight on how the drain works.

Mine drains to through hull fittings just forward of the companionway in the berths port & starboard sides.
