Autopilot wanted

if anyone has a used, but working well, auto pilot for sale I might be interested...considering adding one to my 1985, E28.5 with wheel steering. My sailing has been day and weekend sailing, but now I am considering Key West, Dry Tortugas and Bahamas. Auto pilot might come in handy.

I'm in the process of removing a Raymarine smart pilot x5 from my boat. Here is the Raymarine info on it: http://www.raymarine.com/view/?id=380

I installed it 2 years ago and it has worked great. I'm changing to a below deck drive.

If you're interested, I'll have the wheel drive, course computer, and fluxgate compass available. I'm retaining the control head for the new autopilot.

I can let you know when I have it removed.

Marcus, if Allen doesn't bite I just might. I've got a functioning 4000 unit and it may be time for an upgrade.
