This morning I noticed that some of the avatars (the old ones, mostly) were broken on people's posts. When I looked into it, I found that I had originally tied the images to the site's URL - and when I changed that earlier in the week (from .com to .org), they broke. 
All of these should be corrected now - so everyone using an avatar (those chosen from the site) should be working. If anyone experiences anything different, please email me and let me know.
As mentioned in the previous thread, custom avatars are now uploadable by users (another permissions fix).
