Circuit Breakers

Does anyone know the current replacement part numbers for the Carling Switch breakers? I am adding a radar to my 38-200 and need to plug the empty "accessory" slot.

breakers

Any of the breakers made by Blue Sea will work. You must choose the color and the amperage you desire. http://bluesea.com/category/3/12/productline/overview/20. These are sold through West Marine and many other places which you can find online. Or you may get them directly from Blue Sea. We just put in an entire new panel this year for our 38-200.

Thanks for the help. Appreciate it. We'll see if they also have a replacement for the SPDT Main AC breaker. Was your rewire project a doozie or straightforward?

Our panel

The project was not complicated, only time consuming. It required a bit of thought and planning and has worked out exceptionally well for us. No regrets! I posted a few pictures on the Ericson forum, but none of the "before" shots. http://www.ericsonyachts.org/infoex...al-Panel-Replacement&highlight=electric+panel I have added a small central fuse panel for the electronics which I had not yet installed when the pictures were taken. Our boat was 1988 (pre-Pacific Seacraft) and had a NewMar panel which was not accessible from behind. The key was to make an easily opening cabinet so that adding, removing, or repairing anything only requires comfortably sitting at the chart table and working in an easily visible and easy to reach spot.
I'm fairly sure that Blue Sea will have the AC breaker you need. Let me know if you have any questions. Good luck!
