E 25+ Tack Hardware and window replacement

I bought my '79 E25+ in the middle of last Summer and sailed her through the Fall.
Now I'm working on some projects to bring her back from several years of neglect and have a couple of questions:
I'm missing the Tack hardware on the boom and wonder if anyone could send me a pic of theirs? (it was just lashed the end of the boom with some cord)
Some of the sliding windows are seized shut and others may be leaking a bit. Any recommendations on repair or replacement would be appreciated.

I don’t know exactly what hardware you need but if you text me I’ll snap you a picture. 859-661-3396 On the window issue, you should look at a YouTube channel called “Sailing Turtle” and check out what they did with their windows.

Probably not standard, but here's what mine looks like on my 1980 25+

And here's the end you were actually asking about. The reefing hooks are just lashed so I can stow my lazy Jack's. I use the Cunningham when I have to reef.

Here’s a pic of the goose fitting (tack end)off my 75 25cb. Or are you asking about the outhaul (other end of the boom)? The picture above (outhaul) is pretty good.

My Kenyon Section D Boom originally had this tack. K-2123 I think. Second photo is more used spare parts I'd be glad to shed.

I replaced the head sliding window with a Lewmar port light that was a little bigger, was a big improvement. the fiberglass cuts like butter with a saber saw with a grit blade., are you talking about the tack end or the leach end of the boom fittings ??
