know the owner or the boat but the price sure seems
right.

ERICSON 35 1972 Classic family cruiser, sleeps 5,
Draft: 4-11, Displacement 11,600 lbs. Double Spreader
rig, Yanmar 27hp (1994) Lectra/San head (1999),
Rigging and lifelines replaced (2001), Schaefer roller
furling (2001), Well equipped galley, US Coat Guard
documentation, Much, much more. Drydocked in Arnold,

Looks Like an Awesome Deal

I saw that in the Capital a few days ago. If I didn't already have an E35-3, I'd be taking a hard look at this one.
