E25 new under sink shelf

Our E25 just had a door to the space under the sink to access the drain seacock. I have wanted to add a shelf there and finally the off-season task list was short enough that the shelf made it to the top of the to-do list. I've collected salvaged bits of teak and mahogany from other salvaged Ericsons and used a bit for the front lip of the plywood shelf. The plywood is epoxied, and I'll add a mat to prevent the bins from sliding. As you can see, the shelf will house the coffee making equipment. I plan to pick up another clear bin to store cleaning supplies next to to the coffee bin. A 5" wide bin slides out between the sink drain hose and the door frame nicely.

Very nice. you’ve inspired me to copy your idea. I also would store a French press there, it’s my preferred coffee preparation method.

Is that a docking pole wedged in the back? How?

It is. The settee back is plywood w magnetic catches that lifts away. I store the folding ladder, boat hook, paddle, and whisker pole behind it. I don't think I have any pictures with the settee back removed.

Wow I like your table!

I see what you mean, created more storage space behind seat backs, I believe oystercatcher did something similar. There is quite a bit of unutilized space back there.
