E25 questions

I bought a 76 E25 this year and have a few questions. Does any one have pictures or sketches of the starboard settee berth sliding out to a double? I need to add this feature. Second, does the gooseneck slide up and down in the luff groove on the mast? I live a days drive from the boat and can't check this. I want to add a foot or so to the hoist of the main by dropping the gooseneck.

Too many pictures?

I went down to our newly acquired E25 today and took these photographs.
The bunk is not really a "slide-out": more of a "fold-down".
(Note: it is about 6" away from the bulkhead to allow space for the fold-up table).

Gooseneck Slides:

I don't know if these two pictures will help with your second question.

great pictures

I assumed the expanding bunk would be a slide out style, is yours a factory option?

I have no idea. I assume it was a factory option as the cushions seem to be original and show about 30 years of wear.:)
