The Ugly:
Centerboard has swelled at its pivot. although it is sound, it should be replaced. The rudder has a custom trim tab which a previous owner chewed up the trailing edge of with the prop, it works fine but looks dubious.
It is listed at $4500 on San Diego Craig's list but I am realistic and willing to deal. Must Sell.
