ericson 35-3 shower handle

does anyone know the brand of shower handle used in 1988 35-3 model. mine broken by prior owner and i figured no big deal to replace but cant find one that fits correctly. and taking out and replacing is a major job to get behind the wooden framework.

I just ordered a new shower handle for ours, and while I can't guarantee they are the same for yours, ours uses the somewhat hard-to-come-by cartridge for the Valley "back-to-back" shower. These should be available from major plumbing stores. I found them on Amazon as well.

Not condoning Amazon, but maybe the picture would be helpful for you to see if it's the right one for you, as well as for price comparison.
Hopefully that helps. Ours is a 1983 (hull number 119). With yours being an '88, I'm not sure it's is the same
