Ericson 35 or 38 (?) : Cover Girl

Fame is fleeting. This could be an older "stock photo" or something shot while in the area on vacation.
Current issue of YM arrived yesterday. The actual cruising article was about a charter vacation in BC waters on another make of boat, but, the cover shot is...
an Ericson! 38 or 35 ??
Anyone know this boat or owner?

32-3?

Looks more like a 32-3 or 32-200 to my eye. I think all the 35's and 38's have 3 "little" windows in front of the two big ones, and that one only has 2 that I can see in the pic.

Funny thing about Ericsons, is the lines are so similar that you often can't tell what is what unless you are pretty close up. Most people who walk up to our boat who "know" boats assume we have a 38... its a 35. When our friends 38 was moored across from us, from down the dock they looked like the same boat.
