A classic Bruce King design, while maintaining a classic look, the underbody is an encapsulated Fin Lead keel in FG. The hull is laminated FG with the look of wooden planks, flush deck, with a sunken Anchor well Forward, and a huge Cockpit aft with high sloped coamings for comfort while sailing or anchored... These boats have sailed offshore, around the world, and make an excellent liveaboard. The boat was totally refurbished but due to health I must leave some projects to the next Owner! New Chainplates New Mast step Anchor well and Cockpit Teak removed deck core issue remedied and painted New ray marine instruments Including /Wind All new plumbing and water filtration system All thru hulls and seacocks replaced with Marelon New Dickinson Propane Bulkhead Heater All new LED Lighting New Windlass New anchor Delta New Chain and Rode Anchor Locker floor glassed in with overboard drains. New Cabin Top liner 90% complete in every cabin but the aft one. New Airhead toilet Mast removed and all wiring redone New Steaming deck light New Windex and MH wind instruments Spreaders reinforced with carbon fiber and epoxy 30# horizontal propane tank with al new lines, dedicated to the Stove, heater, and BBQ New single lever Engine controls New Bimini New Mizzen and mainsail covers Some wiring upgraded but more work needed New Forestay and Uppers Rebuilt Harken Furling Gear New Self tailing winch on the mast and 2 new jammers Walker Bay dinghy.... Cockpit Deck box housing the propane system totally rebuilt and drains over board on it own dedicated thru hull Very large Ice Box, the New in the box nova Kool plates and compressor need to be installed. New sink and facet in the Head New facet in the Galley Vinyl Faux tile backsplash Interior Teak in excellent shape Teak Parquet floor needs some work Engine has only 200-300 hours and is a Universal 25hp A new Flex coupling installed between the Transmission coupling and the Shaft coupling Traditional stuffing box in good shape 2 Blade Bronze propeller The bearings, Pintles and Gudgeons agree in excellent shape and have little play The Steering system was all upgraded to Spectra Rope The Uninstalled auto pilot was rebuilt at the California factory New Compass New fuel Sender and gauge Coaming deck drains rerouted to dedicated thru hull drains The boat sails very well, and when the wind is over 10 Knots TWS you can roll the Genoa up and sail with Main and self tacking staysail There are some racing sails that need to be modified to fit on the Furler. There is and excellent Asymmetric Spinnaker with a Sock! I'm sure there is more....

Wow Tim. I am sorry you have to sell. That Ericson sounds like a great value for someone. You have a ton of hours/days/months into it. Apropos of whatever, we visited aboard a nice 36C, while at the 2014 Rendezvous.
All the best, Loren
:egrin:

No Facebook account for me,
I don't do Facebook, either. But if you simply close the login pop-up window on the Facebook page, you should be able to see all of the photos, provided the OP has given public permissions to the page, which is the case here.

Nice photos! I would be grateful for some closeups of that hatch-width dodger. Probably of no interest to anyone else, but you could send 'em to Sailaway10 AT Comcast DOT net, if you want.
REgards,
Loren
