After considering cutting corners with injectadeck, with the help of @trickdhat I decided to finally tackle the re-coring of my e25+.
Previous owner loved to use regular silicone to bed fittings and seal gaps
Now we are attacking the starboard side, which was the one in worst shape. also drilled some 3/4 inch holes where the handrails go, so we could remove mushy wood and shove in some 3/4 dowels wet with epoxy.
Tomorrow I will attach the new plasteak handrail, seal it properly and wait another 40 years hahah.
Will see tomorrow if the plan is working!
