Funny notes on a Craigslist ad for a $33K Ericson 35-3:
"Issues to be addressed:
Four of the eight windows leak
Wood around leaking windows need replacing
Refrigerator not working
Water Heater not working
Space Heater is not connected
Fore light is out
Tachometer is not connected
Note: I'd fix them but don't have the time"
I guess my response would have to be, "Well, I'd pay you the $33K but I don't have the inclination"
