Garmin GA23 Differential antenna.

Friends, I can't seem to locate a now discontinued Garmin GA23 Differential antenna that looks like this: http://www.gpscity.ca/item-garmin-ga23/ga23.htm. I've tried all the usual places like links from Google and listings on eBay to no avail. Have any of you seen such an antenna in your travels that you could direct me to or do any of you know of a Garmin complete 215 or 225 GPS unit with Differential option that has that antenna with it that might be for sale?
