I wonder if our fair city is the only one where the "oldies" Rock FM station always plays (on this day only) the full version of the "Alice's Restaurant" song to celebrate Thanksgiving?

Used to do it in Detroit
They used to do the Alice's Restaurant song on T-day in Detroit when I was growing up. Loved it, had to get it when I moved to a city that did not play it. Then added City of New Orleans to the tradition, pretty much kills an hour....

Drove to check on the boat in this storm this morning... Listened to it all the way to the boat and halfway home.
