Reading the article it sounds like the sailboat business is viable but the power boat business is not...

And no wonder. I remember putting $500 worth of diesel in my friend's boat in the 90's for a weekend. I don't think you could even fit enough friends on board to pay for the fuel nowadays.

Have you seen the track? There is a lot of noise in the media, but this is hard to refute. So sad. Seemingly, so damned avoidable.

Gary Jobson has been quoted by a friend (of his) that this is what happened, yet he seems to have been misquoted in the media--which is par for any course (I can testify to that from professional experience).
