Lewmar Low Profile window leaks, 1987 34'

I've got a 1987 Ericson 34'. top hatches are Lewmar and appear to be the LP or low profile type. Lately they've started to leak, but only in the heaviest downpours...
Question: Am i looking at a complete replacement or just or a reseal? butyl tape?

See if you can identify the leak source.

It could be the dogs, which have replaceable O rings where they pass through the plastic. It could be the seal/gasket surround, which is also replaceable. It might be the bedding of the hatch frame to the deck.

A leak from a deck hatch can also sneak there from somewhere else.

It's all fixable, you won't need new hatches.
