I know you're looking for a 32 or 34, however, you might want to have a look at Sean Engle's 35-3 that for sale in the Northwest. The 35-3 is almost identical in overall dimensions to the 34s of the same vintage (different interior layout) and Sean has done a great deal of work on his boat. Besides, as the website administrator, he's done a great deal to support Ericson owners everywhere.
