With mast down, it is a good time to snake through new halyards and electrical wires, if updates are needed. Also a good time to replace through connections if any are in need of replacement. A neighbor of mine replaced his fuel tank while the boat was on the hard. Ken

Replace bulbs on mast lights (with LED?), check windex, check antenna wiring connectors (replace?), check rigging terminals/tangs, replace standing rigging?

Check cutless bearing, play in the rudder, any sign of electrolysis in the strut and on any of the thru hulls, ensure thru hulls operate smoothly and lubricate them if possible, check/replace any hoses going to thru hulls, replace prop shaft zincs, pull any knotmeter impeller or similar and clean it, check keel for any cracks at the keel/hull joint and watch for any water draining from that joint shortly after hauling it, especially if it is rusty in colour, check condition of bottom paint re: flaking, too much build-up, and add at least one coat of bottom paint, check any thru hulls on the transom (exhaust, bilge pump, etc. ) for condition/cracks and replace/recaulk as necessary.
That should keep you busy for a little while! :)
