Oil Pressure

For electrical safety reasons (as we all should!) I have by-passed the ammeter on my 1988 32-200 with a jumper between the alternator and the starter solenoid, and I'd like to replace the useless ammeter on the engine panel with a oil pressure gauge. Where is the best/easiest place on the m-25xp to place the oil pressure sensing unit?

Thanks all.

Don't know how different the M-25 is from the M-25xp but...

I assume that you have an "idiot" light which indicates low pressure. Trace that connection back to the engine and there will be the location for an alternative sensor. The difficulty might be getting a new sensor that will have the correct metric size and thread.

I did the same after pulling my ammeter. Here is the other post I made about it (Mark showed the other one).
