Just an FYI - I received a response to my e-mail yesterday and was told that the distributor is currently out of stock on the Magefesa Pressure Cookers and to check back in a month. So I guess I am on hold for a while.

My wife uses recipes from Loran Sass she has quite a few books out and everything has been great so far. Pressure Perfect is the one I grab to get her name from. My wife thinks she is the best... I certainly like the results.

Two thumbs up for a pressure cooker

I love having a pressure cooker aboard my E27. I found a small used pressure cooker at a second handstore so nothing fancy but it fits in the rack above my counters. Potatoes for a clam chowder and oyster stew are done quickly and it is large enough to feed a crew of six. I can also drop in full Dungeness Crab!

We also have a small wok aboard. Great for fixing stir fry and steaming vegatables.
