Reinsulating my cooler

I've decided to reinsulate my cooler while I have the interior stripped. I haven't used it yet but understand they weren't insulated very well. Any ideas on what type of insulation to use? I'll be removing the two side panels for access to remove the old insulation.

I plan on replacing my OEM insualtion at some point too. I've found Richard Kollman's site to be informative with an active technical forum. He has a good read on insulation and this is from a recent thread:
Currently my position on insulation of a refrigerated box is:
• Polyurethane or Polyisocyanurate board insulation with an extra moisture barrier material added. The specifications on Tuff-R indicate a higher R value than standard Isocyanurate or Eurthane.
• Polystyrene has a lower R value than the others and the extruded board I only recommend when insulation is added to the inside of a box as it has better resistance to moisture.
