It was a great team (crew of my senior Sea Scouts) that made it happen.
After a good breakfast for all, the rain stopped and the water was flat before the wind. Lightweight went up, heavyweight cranking the winch, happy smile fished it out of mast, old man shorting it All out.
Less than 1/2 hour total.
