Sad ending? Seattle

From Sailing Anarchy, this was on the rocks near the cruise-ship terminal in Seattle over the weekend.

Looks like a 32-2. Anyone we know? Everyone safe?

Looking at the pics, wheel cover still on, lumber stacked on deck, mast ladder hoisted, bent spreader, outboard engine. Maybe a liveaboard that lost its mooring or possibly even purposely abandoned ? Sad sight for sure.
