stuffing box with Gore GFO

I am looking to re-pack the stuffing box on our E28. I was reading about Gore GFO. Does anyone have experience with that product, or any similar product? I have never repacked a stuffing box before. Is this a job one person can handle with the boat still in the water? Any advice appreciated. (Loren, your input would be greatly accepted!)

No experience with Gore but a fellow member here wrote up a great article on the subject of re-packing traditional stuffing boxes.
