Swim Platform?

I saw the attached picture somewhere on this site. It is apparently an unfortunate incident involving a 38, but what REALLY has me intrigued is the "Swim Platform"! I am curious as to who's boat this is...and how was this modification done? If you know anything about this...please enlighten me :egrin:

...I didn't know there was such a thing as at "380"...but I guess there is! This looks like something that a person could do to a late model 32-III? Has anyone looked into this?

PSC made this change on the E-38/200 when they slightly changed the tooling for their short production run in the early - mid 90's.
