I've just picked up a nice SS bimini that came off a E 25+, and is going on my E 25+. It mounts on the sides of the stern rail after that rail curves forward on both sides. All the hardware comes with it, except for the jaw hinges that I need to put on each side of the boat on the rail. I am three hours from my boat and would like to buy the hinges before I go next week, so I am not forced to buy them at West. It is a stock taffrail rig, with the top bar attaching to the lifelines on both sides after running forward a foot or two forward after the curve. Before I buy the jaw hinges, I need to know if the steel is 7/8 or 1 inch. Can anyone out there tell me which it might be? Again, 1980 25 +, stern railing system, stock. Thank you. Greg
