The effort he puts into hauling in lines makes me happy with my 27. That is a lot of vessel to solo. But this is what he has worked so hard to achieve. Let's hope "Tally Ho" has found herself, and will keep Leo safe.
Leo has his hands full today. But he's in good hands.
A boat built for the North Sea, rebuilt by a team of craftsmen second to none, and now skippered by a sailor whose first Atlantic crossing was in, IIRC, a Folkboat. An amazing story. Can't wait to see how it turns out.
BTW, anyone else catch the part at 16:25, when he says he felt really safe and in control..., and a handful of spray smacked him in the face. Mother Nature with great comedic timing.
